You can find the latest version of the Knowledge Base to PDF App in the Zendesk app store. Click install
After successfully installing the app in your Zendesk instance you can access the app by clicking on its icon in the left navigation bar:
Configure your PDF User Manual
Set a PDF front page title
This text will be shown on your first page, it should describe the document. e.g. [MyProductName] User Manual, etc
Optional: Select categories you want to export

Download it
A click on the "CREATE USER MANUAL" button will get you to the next step and the download will trigger automatically. Voila, that's it! Note: This step can take from a few seconds to a minute depending on the size of your knowledge base.

Can I customize the style of my user manual?
We do offer style customization services for your PDF, if you request a custom brand key we will work together with you to offer you the style you want. Once you receive a custom branding key you can use that on all PDFs you'd like to generate.
Can I use the app on a help center that is deactivated / restricted?
No, unfortunately the Zendesk API does not allow publicly accessing knowledge base articles from a deactivated help center. We're working on a way to fix that.
