Special traits: If it has Shadow Form (advantage on Dexterity saves), that's a +1 CR. Invisibility would be another +1. So traits would push it higher. Then actions: Multiattack with two claws (say 1d6+3 + 1d8 +3 = 1d6+1d8+6 per hit, two attacks). Maybe 14 average damage per turn. That would be CR 2.
